This policy explains how Actualized Intelligence, LLC, doing business as ACTi (Actualized Intelligence) (“we,” “us”), collects, uses and shares information through this website, our registration and checkout forms, and The AI Revolution event.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, ticket choice and anything you enter in our forms or tell us at the event.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We don’t store full card numbers.
- Information collected automatically: device and browser details, IP address, pages visited, how you arrived at the site and actions you take, collected through cookies, pixels and similar tools.
- Event recordings: photos, video and audio taken at the event, as described in our Terms.
How we use it
- To process your ticket, run the event and send confirmations, reminders and updates.
- To send you marketing by email, and by text or phone if you opted in, about our events, programs and products.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website.
- To provide customer support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
Text messages and calls
If you opt in, we use your phone number to send event reminders and marketing messages by text and phone. Some messages and calls may be sent using automated technology, AI-generated or artificial voices, or prerecorded messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may share phone numbers with service providers that deliver our messages and calls on our behalf.
AI tools
We use AI tools, including our own product Athena, to help send messages, answer questions and follow up with you. Information you share with us may be processed by these tools and the service providers that run them, under agreements that limit how they can use it.
How we share information
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, payment processor, email provider, hosting and analytics.
- Advertising partners such as Meta and our attribution provider, which receive information through pixels and similar tools to measure and improve our ads.
- Unblinded, our event partner, for running the event and related communications.
- Legal and safety reasons, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
We don’t sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies, the Meta Pixel and an attribution script to understand which ads and pages lead to registrations. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Ask a caller to stop calling, or email us at info@acti.ai.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@acti.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we’ll respond as that law requires.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
Children
This website and event are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
