Terms and Conditions

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms apply to tickets for The AI Revolution, held October 21 and 22, 2026 at the Park Ridge Marriott in Park Ridge, New Jersey (the “Event”), and to this website. The Event and this website are operated by Actualized Intelligence, LLC, doing business as ACTi (Actualized Intelligence) (“we,” “us”), in partnership with Unblinded. By buying a ticket, registering or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Tickets and pricing

Ticket prices increase on the dates shown on the Event page. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when your order is completed. Each ticket admits one person for both days of the Event. Tickets may not be resold. If you’d like to transfer your ticket to someone else, contact us before the Event and we’ll let you know if a transfer is possible.

2. All sales are final

All ticket sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, credits or exchanges, including if you’re unable to attend, arrive late or leave early. The only exception is described in section 4, if we cancel the Event.

3. Tickets and included items

General admission and VIP tickets include the items listed on the Event page at the time of purchase. Included software, such as the three months of Athena that come with every ticket, is provided under that product’s own terms and may require you to create an account.

4. Changes to the Event

Speakers, session topics, timing and other program details may change. Speaker appearances depend on schedules outside our control, and a change to the speaker lineup or agenda doesn’t entitle you to a refund. If we cancel the Event entirely, we’ll offer you a refund of the ticket price you paid or a credit toward a future event. If we postpone the Event or move it to another venue, your ticket will be valid for the new date or location. We aren’t responsible for travel, lodging or other costs you incur.

5. Recording and your likeness

The Event will be photographed, filmed and recorded. By attending, you agree that we and Unblinded may use photos, video and audio that include you, in any media, for marketing and other purposes, without payment to you. You may not record sessions for commercial use without our written permission.

6. Conduct

We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful to other attendees, speakers, staff or the venue, without a refund. You’re responsible for your own belongings and for following the venue’s rules.

7. No guarantee of results

The Event is educational. Results depend on each person’s effort, business, experience and circumstances. Nothing at the Event or on this website is a promise of income, earnings or any particular outcome, and examples shared are not typical results. Nothing at the Event is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

8. Offers at the Event

We and our partners may offer additional programs, memberships or products during or after the Event. Buying anything is optional, and any purchase is governed by the terms presented with that offer.

9. Text messages and calls

If you opt in on our registration or checkout form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from ACTi (Actualized Intelligence) and Unblinded at the number you provide, as described in the consent you gave. These may include event reminders and marketing messages, and may be sent using automated technology, AI-generated or artificial voices, or prerecorded messages. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase.

10. Assumption of risk

You attend the Event at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Event or this website is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

12. Website content

The content on this website, including text, images, logos and session materials, belongs to us or our partners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product and company names mentioned belong to their owners, and their mention doesn’t imply endorsement.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
